Great location. 15mins walk to suncorp stadium,  15mins walk to Queen Street Mall. One bedroom unit was spacious and clean.  Super comfy bed,  even the roll away bed was great. Small kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. Restaurant does a great eggs bene. Friendly helpful staff. Heated swimming pool.

Level 21 with eastern view straight down river was awesome. However. Upon arriving and entering bathroom the shower drain smelt like a sewer. Doused the plug hole area with shampoo and seemed to go away. Bed and work desk were great, plenty of space. Bed was nice. Well sound and light proofed. Sliding bathroom door needed fixing as didn't close tight and condensation got into main sleeping area. Toilet wouldn't stop its flush so had to jiggle the button a bit. Not enough shelving for clothes. Prison-grade toilet paper. Shower pressure average. Pool great. Location awesome to cbd and river and everything else.

Not the flashiest place but nice enough for what we wanted which was just to lay our heads down and sleep plus really affordable. The place was not mopped on arrival but manager who doesn’t live on site organised immediate clean and was really awesome so no disrespect to her. The staff in the complex were beautiful too. Perfect location for walking and public transport is 50 cents to anywhere including the river boat … Nga mihi Brisbane… oh and best Brekky Sky Deck. Views to die for and really affordable

We stayed here for 5 nights, the location was good, the staff were friendly.nbut the air con didn't work in the bedroom,nthe dishwasher was broken,nthe taps in the bathroom were broken and there was mold in the bathroom aswell.nThey semi fixed the taps, but not the dishwasher it looked like it had been reported before as it was turned off at the power point.nThis place is no where worth the $300 per night we paid.nnI wouldn't recommend this place and we won't be staying here again when we travel to Brisbane next.

Staff were wonderful, really friendly and helpful. Had an issue with parking as my car was too high to fit into any parking facilities in the area, but the staff were great, tried to find an alternative on our behalf. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, bed was huge and so comfortable. Air conditioning was not great, apartment felt quite warm at times. Overall a great stay with fantastic views and friendly staff.
