Great location - walk out the front door to the foot bridge across to the SLQ, QAGOMA and museum. Short walk into the city. Room was clean, and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.nnUnfortunately the bedroom was right next to the elevator shaft so could hear it going up and down all night. They did try to find me another room but it was fully booked - but great service and friendliness from staff when I made the request. They offered to try again the next day but it was only a short business trip so I decided to stay in the room. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend requesting a room that's not next to the elevator shaft when booking.nnThere's not really anywhere for Uber drivers or taxis to pull up which could make accessibility needs difficult for some people.
Aircon is excellent. Rooms very noisy, no soundproofing stayed on 7th floor. Building overcrowded, 2 lifts for over 30 floors waited for a lift 5 times before I was able to fit in. Rooms ok but a bit dirty and have some mould.
Very comfortable and well appointed room in a superb location. The 2 bathroom upgrade was necessary as one had no hot water. Staff were not able to sort as no maintenance staff present at the weekend.
Apartment was well set out but furniture was mostly unusable. Couches were broken, chairs in the lounge area were so uncomfortable you couldn't use them. Bonus the beds are next level comfortable. TV is also very small for a two bedroom apartment.
Noisy in the bedroomlift running sound, expensive parking of $40 per night which wasn’t told during booking and bathroom is small and slippery.nCouch smells like pee and found blood on pillow case.nDidn’t had a luxury stay and it’s not like a 4 star hotel
