Check in quick and easy and staff were friendly. Upgraded to a nicer room due to Accor Plus Platinum status. Room was very comfortable with nice view of Brisbane River and comfy bed and well-appointed bathroom. Room service was very good and high quality as was breakfast the next morning. Everything you could need if you're happy with a modern, well-run, clean and comfortable hotel.

Stayed here for a work function so wasn't given the best room. But the bed was comfy and the service was good. The food at the restaurant was pretty decent too.

Room was very small, lifts were tiny. The building itself looking a bit dated, but the rooms are being kept up to date. Beds were a little firm, woke with a sore hip. Internet speed seemed sufficient, however this was given as a complimentary service. At the price we paid however, we could have gotten a spacious 1 bed apartment elsewhere. It was only for the fact that our booking was last minute.

Centrally located with friendly and knowledgeable staff.  The room we had was very nice with lovely toiletries

Very nice and welcoming staff. Place is pretty modern and the location is pretty good. Would reccomend you to get a map as it can get quite confusing to get to and from since most of the city places you'd want to go to is a couple of blocks away.
