Great location. Staff were lovely, but were shocked when they saw the deal we got online and expressed how surprised they were as it should have been double that. This building is in need of a good clean and room maintenance staff need to be more thorough. Our fridge had liquid spills on the shelves. The glass doors had hand and face marks on them. The janitor was mopping the foyer floor and then proceeded to mop the wall and mail boxes in the lobby with the mop. Fix those things, and yes the smell, I would give you 4 stars.

The building is quite nice. The location is great with the south bank walking and pool area just a short walk away as well as the bridge over to the north side. There was a lot of construction during our stay but we got upgraded to a two bedroom for the same price of a one bedroom since we had a baby. The apartment was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views across the river to the city, looked fabulous at night. We were on the 8th floor and on the right side of the building, other apartments might not be so lucky. Great price, great location, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in near vicinity to the Brisbane cultural precinct, also a short walk to South Bank and associated eateries and Streets Beach for a free swim and laze around. A short walk to the city centre across Victoria Bridge as well. The underground parking was a bit tight for our 7 seat Mazda MPV, but quite manageable.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well situated. Downsize was no view except onto a blank white wall from bedrooms and living areas. Great for short stays.

Fleet Lane Apartments I am writing to say how extremely disappointed I was with your apartments. TV and air conditioner that did not work, could not change channels could not turn on air conditioner took a maintenance person over 2hrs to to fix it and to top it off the BIG selling point of your apartments the spa didn't work much to the great disappointment of five 16 girls for a sweet 16th birthday, There they were Up on the roof top all ready to go .I could go on an on about the dusty verandas from the building next door and the girl at the front desk who " didn't" know about the Spa. Don't post a rooftop spa on web site if it doesn't work.
