Allegro Apartments

There was a dead bug in freezer, uncleaned fridge (hair and food stains left in fridge) big dusts stuck on tile, tile was sticky from bleach, sink and glasses dirty and etc. It was a rainy day so I can understand the smell of bleach but dusts on the tile shows they haven't done vaccuming properly before they poured bleach on the floor. Have spoken to the manager, she sent the cleaners again to clean the fridge. After coming back at 4pm, they've only wiped the food stains and everything else was the same. Called again, the manager said sorry but it doesn't change our impression when we first walked in and the fact that we had to take the bug out ourselves and clean the sticky bleached floor.

Good size rooms and friendly staff, but room was worn and dirty and a lot of the cheap broken furniture was in need of replacement. One of the rooms even had a strange smell.

Loved it! Staff were super friendly and really helpful! Room was massive and clean! Close to the CBD. Great for our little getaway! Would definitely stay there again

Had a great serviced apartment available last minute. Couldn't fault the room or its preparedness. Everything was as you could expect. Though the TV only picked up ABC and SBS because the cabinet had been jammed into the antenna socket which I assume broke its connection. Night reception was helpful. Heard a bit of night noise from roadworks.

The manager in this place do not take responsibility for anything. The window was dirty, carpet was dusty, tap was leaking, and the smoke detector went on during the night (some battery issue they said) and the lady in this apartment do not give any help (not even wanting to come upstairs and check it). The manager is stingy (pantry door and laundry door was left unfixed for more than 6 months). It's just if you have any issue during your stay in the place, they will always try to find an excuse as somehow it is not their responsibility. Straight from the manager's word 'our responsibility to the tentans complains and report it to whichever company to deal with it, we do not fix things for you.'
