Apearence is good. Pool was excellent. But like all hotels with standby lights on , TV ,microwave ,etc. When you are trying to sleep in a strange bed those lights make the room like daylight. The room had everything you needed ,and a great shower. Walked back from south bank late at night with no problems.

This place is the business. Great location. Great, well appointed, room with everything you need. Great value. Will definitely use Menso again.

Was very disappointed with my stay here. For the experience I had, I would of expected to pay a lot less. The fridge in my room was part of one of those in-built cabinets. Because it was so poorly made, at random times it would start very noisily vibrating against the cabinet. The gym on the roof was made of of 3 pieces of equipment. And the worst experience I had was I left my 2 phone chargers in my room after I left. When I emailed them to see if they were still there, I got no response. I then called twice and both times the person said they would check and get back to me, they never did. Stay somewhere else, there are many better options.

Great location. Easy walking to many popular spots, including the South Bank Parkland and beach and all the restaurants in that stretch of Grey Road. The South Bank train station is 200m up the street. My studio room was very new and fresh. It's not big, but it's big enough. You can cook a meal in the room. There is a glass top induction hob with two burners, plus pots and pans and cooking gear. I like that. Microwave-only studios are a big turnoff for me. I just want to fry an egg. There is free WiFi, but I found it a bit unreliable. I'd stay here again. Two more nights to go!

Surprisingly well located, well priced and like so many establishments the staff maketh the stay. Hannah you are a credit to your organisation.
