Everything is perfect except the water pressure in shower isn’t strong enough. There are some spider web on our balcony glass but it doesn’t bother us. Both male and female staff are very friendly during our check in / out. City view from BBQ area is a plus and swimming pool is very nice too.Rooms: 5/5
Very convenient location in Southbank close to the train station, conference centre and West End shops. However, the room was infested with cockroaches in the kitchen area, which was bad.Rooms: 2/5
This condo is absolutely awesome, the cleaning staff are lovely and everything you need is here. We love being inbetween west end and southbank! Our son was very sick and we couldn’t fly from the US to Brisbane on the day of check in and we asked them to help us with our booking under our circumstance and they refused. That was very cold and disheartening that during dire emergencies they still take your money

The apartments are spacious enough for two couples and boast a lovely location, just a 10-minute stroll away from the South Bank area. The balconies offer stunning views of Brisbane City, especially on level 14. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these beautiful apartments.Rooms: 5/5

My family were very happy with how well we were treated when staying at the Opera Apartments in South Brisbane. The staff were friendly and respectful. We were able to leave our bags before check in so that we could start exploring the city. Then to discover that the roof top was exactly like the photos online. Decked out with an infinity style pool and a separate eating area to have a bbq or sit at the high tables eating a local pizza with the night lit sky and ferris wheel as a back drop, superb. My kids and I spent every night on the roof of our stay there. We would definitely go back. Walkability: Location to art galleries, museums and City Centre
Very dirty rooms. Bunches of hair and dust under the bed. The sofa is stained, and the washing machine is so dirty that I'm afraid to wash anything there. We were only provided a single garbage bag for a seven night stay, really? The only positive thing is that the location is very good and a pool which is located at the top of the building. I will not choose these apartments next time, mainly because of the cleanliness.
The rooms and cleaning staff were very lovely, but the on-site manager, Mandy was an absolute nightmare. She was rude to us as well as her staff. I have never heard/seen someone treat another person as portly as she treats her staff. I would come back if it were not for her and her nasty, bullying demeanour. She should NOT be working around people.
Great stay. Clean Apartment, excellent kitchen and kitchen ware. Lovely pool and Barbecue Area! Very nice Reception Staff. We was 18 Nights there and we felt very comfy! Like to come back! Thank you!Rooms: 5/5
