If I could give 0 stars I would. I was charged an extra $500 on top of my $562 for the car itself because I used a debit card which was supposed to be released and hasn't. Now 4 days later I check my bank account and see I have now been charged an extra $628 on top of the $1062. Also, the manager Oz is absolutely unprofessional does not help with any questions and just says check the rental agreement.  UPDATE: contacted the 1800 customer service number as this branch is self serve over the phone. She is removing the extra $628 fee but I may not receive the $500 hold back.

Made a reservation 3 weeks in advance, specifically for a pickup truck. Was not notified that they rented them all out until 3 hrs before my scheduled pick up. Literally had to cancel my trip to Laconia bike week because every other rental company was booked out. Had I known this was the customer service I would have gotten, I would have taken my business elsewhere from the beginning. Don’t bother renting from this company. Especially from this location. Even after making reservations way in advance, they are still to incompetent to fulfill what you have requested or give ample notice to make other arrangements.

Have rented a car at this location a couple of times and have had a great experience. The last one happened 2 weeks ago and both employees at the location were very professional, courteous and friendly with customers. One of them patiently helped a customer that was not from the area and needed directions. The process to get and return the car was also very fast.

Got first vehicle, and was grossly filthy. Cigarette smoke smell beyond belief. Inside was totally filthy.  Clerk was very apologetic, and set us up in another vehicle. It was better, but not by much. Seems like only thing taken care of when last returned was fuel tank was full. Probably by previous customer. Car was filthy, outside. Interior was a little cleaner, but still not cleaned. Let’s not even talk about the exterior. Clerk quickly wiped down the interior. I took care if the cleaning later on. Ran it through car wash also. This vehicle is being rented fir 16 days. Not cheap. Well except for the care taken by this dealer, which was cheap. Will definitely think twice about renting from hertz in the future.

Can't quite remember her name but the girl that took care of me was friendly, and knowledgeable....she was quick to remember me from the phone and took care of me right away even though I was late....

The absolute WORST experience of my live regarding car rental.  I called initially to get prices from various companies. Hertz ended up being the best price.  I called my insurance regarding my personal insurance covering the rental car.  When I recontacted Hertz, at the number I previously called and the address I previously called I was told the airport Hertz does not cover insurance involved cases. This is something I should have been told much earlier in this process. I told my insurance where I had spoken to and they sent to ok to bill them for the reimbursement.  No, Hertz still said they do not work with insurances.  Everyone to whom I spoke at Hertz seemed extremely confused.  I finally made my reservation with some one some where ? who said in insurance they do not give AAA discount, never told me initially. The last person to whom I spoke also could not give me an absolute price as she could not account for the 3 taxes to be paid I would have to find out when I picked up the car.  This is the only situation I have to purchase/rent something without knowing the price until pick up and then be stuck as changing would be starting my 45 minute to 1 hour process again!!!!!!!!!!! Run and don't look back

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HERTZ LOCATION!!! I went to go pick up my car at 4:00pm on a Friday and the door to the office was locked and no one came to help me for at least 45 minutes. I had to wait on the side of the road until the only guy who was working would serve me. The location is super small, unorganized, and not sanitary. The people were not helpful and the entire process to get the car took over 2 hours.  However, the worker RJ was very helpful and empathetic. The woman who works there who I believe is a manager was extremely rude and not helpful.

Gross is the only word to describe the car I got.  The inside and outside were both dirty. Interior components were broken.  Smelled of cigarettes. Definitely no covid sanitation - or even basic general sanitation - whatsoever.  AND The transmission was clearly sputtering. Was weary of driving it over 55 mph.  Very bizarre all around.  And with cars at a super premium these days, I guess they just don't really care, because someone else is always waiting to rent.  The employee was a nice guy, and his hands were clearly tied, but that was the only positive of this location.  Truly gross, possibly dangerous, car.

Freaking terrible! Truck got recalled in the middle of my rental, in the middle of my travels with my children, went through hell to get on the phone with someone from hertz to be able to exchange the truck. Gave me a small SUV. I’m going to have to rent another car in a couple weeks to pick up the things we had to Leave because they couldn’t get me a bigger car. Oh and theeee best part...they said I should’ve told them at the beginning of the rental that it was going to be extended because they wouldn’t have given me a car that was recalled
