We recently needed to get a hire car due to a car accident and were sent out to Hertz by our insurance company and I'm so glad they did. The 2 ladies we've had to deal with - Chris & Sandy are so lovely and really made the whole process so simple and easy, even when we realised we would need it longer than first thought, all we had to do was call them and let them know. Would highly recommend using Hertz Ipswich.

Wonderful service, friendly staff who gave clear no nonsense information! Still being in shock after having had a car accident the day before, it was a godsend to have the process run so smoothly!

Friendly, obliging staff in Ipswich, nice clean vehicle. National call center booking experience was not quite as good.

My wife was taken advantage of by a cowardly bully at this branch who when asked her position responded "I work here." We can all hope not for long. Their paper trail was inadequate, and with nil proof my wife was blamed for damage which had already been noted, but the paperwork was held in another office. Opperated by two faced, intellectually defunct, socially impaired, visually undesirable, creep. I shall update this post when a satisfactory outcome has been reached.
