We hired a cavernous van to move our daughter’s furniture into her new house in Roma, some 500km away.nnWe booked the van online and that was very easy to do. The rates were much better than I expected, with lots of options for vehicles and extras.nnWe called to make a change here and there and the remarkable Krystal was super helpful.nnThe van was comfortable and it surprised me how much it could take. It was quite powerful, coping with the trip with ease, as well as being economical on fuel.nnThey were open until 1:00 on Sunday for us to return the van and there were many different styles and types of vehicle for any need that you may have.nnA wonderful experience from start to finish.

Brilliant customer service, Belinda I hope I got the name right who assisted me on 13 and 14 Dec was absolutely amazing, attentive to the customer enquiries, takes time to explain the process and procedures and makes you feel like a valued customer. Such a happy disposure and friendly attitude! A car hire process was so easy and flawless, the car was very clean and in a great condition. Easy to find the place and get in and out. Highly recommend!

Don’t book here!!! You might not even get your hire van. My partner and I booked a hire van and paid the deposit for them to ring less than an hour before our booking to say they had no vans. The lady was SO rude on the phone and provided no other options and did not even apologise. Save your money and time

The staff were very friendly and fast . I got a great car and could not fault them and their procedures. Just remember to bring your toll tag.  .

Hiring the 8 seater KIA Carnival was great for us, keeping our two families together on holiday. Good experience from pickup to drop off. Good value.nI would use Europcar again.
