The Girls were were very Friendly and helpful.nHad a toyoto CHR for 2 weeks waiting on my car to be fixed. Had to extend a few days and they were great dealing with inurance.nThank you for a lovely clean car to Drive And a friendly face at pik up and drop off.
Car was for insurance.nArrived to be greeted rudely and it felt like it was my fault my name was entered incorrectly on the system. So this wasn’t a quick process.nThe receptionist tone changed as I got closer to getting my loan car and correct name was uploaded to system. Eventually got the keys to my grandmas car was little disappointed because before all this I agreed with Avis worker on phone that out of the choice of vehicles we agreed on an SUV. Got a small Kia instead why ask me to choose at all. Dropping the Kia of was upsetting again.nAfter a mad school rush we got there a little late from return time. Gas in Kia was just under full line and from the top of her voice yelled it’s only three quarters full. And made me fell so small and beaten. She did give me the chance to top it up $12.00 instead of being penalised.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Not your regular grind the customer out type of business, they take care of their customers. Highly recommend Triple AAA all the way. Thanks team.
We got there 5 min before pick up as requested, and my partner is still there over an hour later. It took everyone there over an hour because Avis had understaffed the place. The woman working in the shop was clearly overworked and stressed at this, but it didn't justify the incredibly rude, snippy behaviour and needlessly hostility everyone there. It's shameful to see a company treat their staff to breaking point and their customers like rubbish.
When you're going through insurance things can be pretty stressful.nwe went into Avis this morning and were met with a caring friendly smile, nothing was too much trouble; you helped take away the stress and we can't thank you enough for how you supported us Above & Beyond you made us feel like VIP customers. Thank you, Melissa ***** much Appreciated.
