Came in on a Sunday morning with an infected wound, was triaged within 10 minutes and waited 1 hour - totally reasonable given it was a minor injury and I was otherwise well. Nurse was friendly and professional, interviewed me promptly and took photos, sent them to the telehealth doctor, and within half an hour they had prescribed and delivered me antibiotics. No cost to me at all as a Medicare card holder. I am very thankful we have such a great health system!
Absolute worst care iv ever experienced. I’m an asthmatic and had terrible chest pains and swollen throat. Male nurse was condescending and rude. Made no time and took no effort to take any of my concerns into consideration. I ended up walking out without any treatment as he made me feel like such a waste of time and a burden. Basically laughed at me the whole time and made snide comments.
Worst experience and treatment i have ever had. Doctor maybe had bed side manner of a cold fish.Was misdiagnosed and given messed up script. Had to attend bunbury hospital next day because I got worse. Man spent more time with frint receptionist than looking after people.
