The worst possible service coming from a Hospital, called the hospital as my partner had fallen and broken a tooth very badly and was not sure what to do as it was 8pm on a Saturday night. 
Spoke to a gentleman first and said wait 2 seconds and then hung up on me, called a second time and spoke to a lady and told her I just gotten hung up on after explaining what happened and then she said “yes, okay, thank you, goodbye” then hung up on me. 
At this point I was very annoyed and confused as to what was happening. I called a third time and then was told by what sounded like the first gentleman I spoke to previously, he then just said “yeah well you can come in if you like, not sure what we can do though”
After hearing that I had no hope in Collie Hospital and did not want to come in, we had waited till the morning to attend the pharmacy and received a lot more help from the people there.
