Shocking service and expensive, took my elderly dog for a check up as thought something was not quite right with her, had blood work done the bill was $298.00!! Was expecting a call from the vet in a couple of days to let me know the results, instead I had to phone three days in a row only to be told each time that the Vet would phone me back to explain results. I was beginning to get rather cross and worried so rung on the fouth day and said I expected better service for the price I paid to be told by the receptionist that a note was on the file saying everything ok except too much fat in diet. Will never go here again.

I called 15 times between 8am and 8:30am trying to make a NEW appointment/ introduction for my 2 dogs... all I got was the message "we are open 8am till 5pm" Useless administration!!! Why say you are open and NOT bother turning the phones on.. Will not use such an incompetent team for my 2 precious dogs

Brilliant team at the Southport greencross ventinary. Late call up and appointment was no issue and all the girls were extremely accommodating and friendly. Alex was well looked after and issues were addressed and explained thoroughly to me. Thanks ladies for all your help and we will be back! Highly recommended!

If you want your dog to die... or be your own vet and have to revisit paying 60 each time, as this is the racket they are running here with their smiles, and absolutely subpar vet care... by all means... go here!

These people are just beautiful they have loved and cared for our boy Tyson after he was hit by a car and he loves them straight back.. Natalie one of the staff even came and picked him up on her own time one day as I don't drive. I literally think Tyson would love to stay with them... he gets heaps of love when he is there. I'm not jelly... much lol
