We came across an injured Lorikeet and this was the closest vet to where we were. The lady there was so helpful and lovely. Didn’t hesitate to help. Took the bird right away. A lovely practice.
We went in with an eye infection, came home with treatment and our nails done. Met some lovely puppies there aswell. Sebby approves.
Called in tears stating I needed to bring my cat in as his legs started to become paralysed and he was choking when trying to breathe, only to be told by the person on the phone that I needed to take him to Varsity Emergency as they had no appointments available. I ended up rushing to Broadbeach who took him in and took great care of him before he had to depart us. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and hope others don't go through this, it states on your website in case of emergency take your pet to the nearest vet, you were my nearest and may have helped had he been seen to sooner
I have loved having my cat Sasha be looked after by the team at Greencross Surfers Paradise. Highly recommend.
The practice is always very helpful, taking the time to see patients who are seriously unwell, even in busy periods, such as just before Xmas. Dr Fiona is lovely too, & has always helped treat my sick & injured pigeon friends. Their prices are reasonable too, as far as vets go, & they give discounts for pensioners, which is helpful.
The staff are great my fur baby has been going there for 13 years always great care taken to keep her well and happy
At first I thought they were good. We have moved on after my little girl came home from a tooth extraction with blood flowing continuously from her mouth …. Went back so worried as she was still like that the next day. She should not have been released bleeding so badly…
Dr Fiona and the team have really been taking care of my ageing Pepi Toy Poodle - 16. They know him and me, and my husband and my mum haha and put up with us all. Thanks for everything this year and Merry Christmas! Of course I recommend them :-
