Around 12 years ago we took our beagle, Rex to Puppy Preschool at Hinterland Vets. The wonderful staff there have looked after him ever since. We sadly lost him recently and while grieving, we opened the front door to these beautiful flowers and heart-warming message. This meant so much and shows that this vet is more than just a business. Highly recommend this vet.

Ross is an excellent vet; very caring. I cannot thank him enough for the care he has given to both of my dogs one little and one large. Both, at different times, had been misdiagnosed by other vets. Ross identified the problem quickly and started treatment immediately. A big thank you to Ross and the team of vet nurses.

They are the best vet's ever. Ross and his staff are amazing. They look after my frenchie Paris so well.

We have been taking our gorgeous Staffy - Zoe - to Dr. Ross since she was a tiny puppy 13 years ago. He and his team have always been kind, compassionate and professional in their care of her. This week we had to make the dreadful decision to allow our gorgeous girl to depart this world. We cannot thank the team at Hinterland Vets enough - their care and kindness to both Zoe and to us has been incredibly supportive and genuine. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Absolutely Amazing Vet Practice. Been going here for 13+ years. Would not take my animals anywhere else! Dr Ross is the most caring vet, and the vet nurses are always so lovely and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Been coming here since my dog Midnight was  a pup  now nearly 4 , and before that a few times with birds. I think it's a great vet, Dr.Ross is amazing, thorough, caring, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend taking any birds here. Doctor Ross might be taking off a bit more than he can chew. He gave us advice which harmed our birds and killed two. If you care about your birds you’ll take them to “Currumbin Valley Bird, Reptile & Exotic Veterinary Services” or “Brisbane Bird Vet”. Their prices are also a lot lower!  We received advice for treating a simple infection among our flock of chickens. We were told to syringe medication into their mouths however, we later found out from a specialised bird vet, that because a crop feeder wasn’t used, all of the medication we gave our chickens was going directly into their lungs! Because of this gross negligence two of a our weaker chickens died drowning in the medication provided thanks to Doctor Ross’s “medical” advice. This was while we thought - going off the advice of Doctor Ross - we were helping them.
