On Monday our minature Dachshund had consumed a foreign object. We took her to AEM, it was about 10pm and there were only a couple of pet families being looked after so it was a quiet night I would imagine.nThe staff were so lovely and extremely helpful the check in was very smooth and easy with the use of the IPad instead of standing at the desk telling them my personal information for all to hear, much appreciated!nI instantly felt at ease trusting them to look after our furry family member.nThey explained the procedure & were very conscious of making this as stress free for our pet and ourselves,nThe procedure took probably less than 45 minutes and the front of house staff gave us an update about half way through which was reassuring.nOnce the procedure was done they brought her back to us and she was very happy and calm.nThe price was very reasonable and the staff even advised they would sort out the pet insurance claim, this was fantastic service and again really appreciated.nI would definitely be back and not just for the after hours consultation but for general vet care.nI would be happy to recommend and will be sure to tell my circle of people how great you are.nMany thanks from our family.
My pet bird Richie broke a blood feather which wouldn't stop bleeding. AES were fantastic and patched him up on a Sunday evening. The vet Natalie was very kind, great to deal with and did a great job. Richie is back to his normal self. I am very thankful to AES for looking after him, I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs an emergency vet.
The team at Carrara were incredible. From being greeted at the desk, to the Vet and all the nursing staff. My boi was in ICU overnight. I could call anytime, I received an sms update overnight with medication changes and then woke up to beautiful photos of my cat, looking very well cared for throughout the night. Not only did my cat receive the medical care he needed, he received lots of love, because all of the staff love animals. Thank you AES Carrara. With gratitude, Eileen and Sage
Lovely, caring and professional staff. Good triage system. Pippa was taken in immediately, nurses helped getting her out of the car. Clear idea of costs up front and was kept informed. Good consult on discharge and follow up contact later. Highly recommended for after hours or emergency care.
Winston was bitten by a snake on the weekend, after a quick drive down to Carrara the amazing staff took everything in hand. Extremely professional and friendly. The costs and treatment were explained clearly. I can't recommend the team enough especially as I was feeling a bit panicked. Winston thoroughly enjoyed the attention. Thank you
