OMG Dana was awesome in her speedy response to try to save our beautiful Shadow even without the prehistory. If your dog is sick don't waste time going anywhere else. Unfortunately it was too late for us, however the care and compassion she showed us will forever be remembered. In our deepest grief we thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Took a bit of time for them to see my kitten but they were very accommodating, put us in a room as my kitten was very distressed. Lovely staff, honest and very caring. Gave fantastic advice, both from the doctor and the admin. Definitely care about the animals they see and the owners as well. Definitely recommend!

Great veterinary staff but awful organisation between the transition of one building and service split between two different companies: day staff one company and night staff another. When I called first thing in the morning to check for an update there was a huge delay in the change over of communication and transition of responsibilities. Likewise when paying the bill at this awful time the day staff gave me the wrong details for remaining fee’s which then was paid into the other ‘night cares’ account. It was impossible to know where one ended and the other started. Also having to track down and find what sum and amounts where paid to which and where it should have gone due to being given the wrong information, as they were unable to do so and were unaware even with the reference ID of each error made.

The team was so kind and supportive through a tragic and sudden illness affecting my young dog. I felt we were cared for with deep empathy and skill, and I am so grateful for the kindness through a difficult period. I will trust them again and feel lucky they are here. Thank you.

Staff are very Caring and Honest. Doctors & Nurses gave us a good advice for my Pet. Animal Emergency Service provide the all details that we required for our Pet Health. Its a good experience for me.
