When I take my cat Pearler to the Greencross Vets Nerang they are so nice, friendly and willing to accommodate my pet. The customer service they give is always so helpful. They are so well-mannered, patient and accommodating. I know my cat is happy when he is there. Everyone there is so nice.
My little boy Drax had an emergency while i was in another country, the team at Greencross Nerang handled it so well, calling me and keeping me constantly updated all while ensuring my kitty Drax was looked after and if it wasn’t for them it would have been very scary! Peter, Grace and the team were absolutely amazing and I will always come back to Greencross Nerang because of them!
I love the Healthy Pet Club offered by Green cross Vets. To have unlimited free consultations is a great relief and free nail clipping....what a good idea! Plus all the other discounts....I am so pleased someone referred me to Greencross.

I had a bit of an emergency with my dog the staff were very helpful and friendly they examined her straight away & Dr Nicole Phillips treated my dog. I would recommend this vet and the staff to everyone wanting friendly efficient service for the their pet.
