I would not take my pets anywhere else You’re pets are treated by vets that care More for you pets than their bank account The reason why you might have to wait on hold on the phone is because they are that good everyone wants to use them The staff are first class and deserve more funding

Outstanding veterinary practice. The advice, my dog's leg operation, post operative treatment, 4 follow up visits were all excellent.

Every time I call up to make an appointment I'm out on hold every time. I waited 25 mins on hold today and hung up. They play this awful carnival music that's just goes on and on. When I do eventually get an appt set once you're in there you have to wait at least 45 mins every time. Flies flying around your head and they try and scab as much money off you as possible. Last time I'm going to these people, I'll be looking for a vet some where else.

Very unprofessional and lack of empathy and efficiency towards customers. Was made to wait over 1 hour just to pick up some medicine. No apology was given and I had to leave without the medicine in the end! Won't go back. Very disappointed......
