It was my little girls first vet visit and she was treated so well from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic! Thank you to the great staff who made Riley's first vet experience such a stress free one!
I saw two separate vets - one was great, and the other was nice, but I got strong 'upsell' vibes. However, they did a good job looking after my pet. The ladies at the register are super lovely and very sweet. The price was a little high.
Love this Vet they are great at what they do would highly recommend them.
I needed an urgent consultation for my very old dog and got one in an hour. Vet is super kind and knowledgeable and did not push treatments or products. I'll most certainly go back and highly recommend!
My mother has had skin problems with her dog Tuppy and spent over $400 on medication that only worked temporarily. We asked for a refund and was refused Mum has canceled her membership and will be taking Tuppy to another Vet.

The team at Greencross Vets Biggera Waters as absolutely amazing!! They take such good care of our babies and make us feel like family every time we visit :
took our teacup shitzu / maltese to Vet for ruptured crucial ligament RCL were told she needed to be kept there for the day for x-rays a few hours later called the vets to check on her and were told her heart had stopped whilst under anaesthesia. we were told she had been under anaesthesia for 25 minutes and when she started waking up they put her back under anaesthesia for 1 more x-ray and a minute later her heart stopped when we questioned why she was under for 25 minutes for a leg x-ray we were told they not only x-rayed her leg but other parts of body and we were not aware of this when her heart stopped we were told they worked on her for 5 minutes which seems very short an unacceptable. this dog was an important part of our family as it was used as a therapy dog and my family is now devastated full of grief and questions as to how this could happen to a perfectly healthy 5 year old dog who was just there for simple x-rays and now we have lost her forever and have been robbed of a future with her.
Always very knowledgeable and friendly. Both our cats are with them and they're treated well each time they go in. Getting the healthy pet plus package for our kitten helped heaps with costs during the first year, can definitely recommend it!
