Prepare to pay up to $250 per visit. 2/3 visits not enough staff and usually wait up to 40mins. I agree with the other reviews, tends to be about the $$$. Was told my pup needed to get teeth immediately cleaned within three days, ears flushed because of a prior problem and a culture done and sent elsewhere for up to $500 per ear. Went to another vet for a second opinion and they said her teeth were fine-didn’t even have gingivitis and could wait several months before getting a clean. Had to just stop using the ear medication she was on that I was told to keep using and her ears would be fine. She was only given some tablets to take for two weeks - a week in and her ears are now perfectly fine.

They took excellent care of my dog after she got a nasty cut on her foot. They were really caring and I could tell my dog was in good hands. Really good service from Dr Robert, Dr Charlene and the compassionate nurses. Would highly recommend Arundel Vet Surgery - they are excellent.

My very first experience with this vet surgery taday. Very kind compassionate they put my suffering mouse to sleep treated her with dignity and respect. Will definately be using this vet in the future.

Dr Robert, I really appreciate the compassion and care that was shown to our 3 legged dog strife in his final days. Thank-you Drs Robert and Charlene for all your help.

Our dog Beau has had a lot of health issues and we want to thank Dr Robert for his courtesy and professional manner in which he and his staff have handled our situation. As with many dog owners our dog is also family and all treatment he has received from this surgery has been important to Beau's well being and comfort. Again thank you Dr Robert. Trevor and Lyn Dean
