Super friendly environment for both owners and their pets. Very professional and caring team. We have experienced it all with the team, the highs of taking the new family in through to the regular checkups and unfortunately had to say goodbye to a much loved member but Dr John and the team where there every step and were very caring. As a bonus they now lodge claims directly with our insurer removing that overhead.

John & his team are the most caring, professional vets I have ever taken my dog to. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they take the time needed & you never feel rushed & the care shown by them all to our dog is so valued. Watching John either get down on the floor with him or examine him in the garden because that makes my dog happy is priceless. BEST vet ever :-)

The girls at the Point are wonderful and caring. Dr John is compassionate and truly loves his little patients.He gets on the floor with them and chases them around so that he can examine them.I couldnt want ,more from someone who is in charge of my 2 boys health. Thank you John and your wonderful team.

Love the team down at The Point Vet. Excellent care and awesome customer service. They always give me the best confidence in their service. My dog loves them too.

Dr John is the best. My cats feel so comfortable with him. 2 of them had dental work and l am very happy with the outcome.
