If you want to waste your money buy from Freedom. They send faulty furniture and keep you waiting for pick up and refund. The item is visibly damaged and it's two months waiting for any action. They just email apologizing saying someone will be in contact but no one does. Worst company ever!
I recently ordered a couch from Freedom under the “free delivery” promotion. I had already booked my delivery date, but I never received any call or message confirming the specific delivery time. Later, I was contacted by Freedom, and they informed me that my phone number was not working and apparently had a fault. However, my phone has been working perfectly fine for calls and messages with everyone else it seems this issue occurred only with Freedom.nInstead of resolving the matter, Freedom sent me an email asking me to call them back and now wants to reschedule the delivery, but this time with a delivery fee of $129. I find this extremely disappointing and unfair, especially since my purchase was made under the “free delivery” promotion and the situation arose due to no fault of mine.
This is the worst experience Ive had purchasing any product.nThe Item arrived faulty and damaged. They say only way to report is through email which the don’t respond.nI’ve been to store multiple times, they take my number and say they will ask manager to contact me but no one does.nI’ve made a formal complaint and raised the issue with ACCC and Fair Trading.nThey ignore your request for months hoping you give up.
I bought a mirror online in the recent sale from the team here and went to pick it up. the store manager so sorry i forget her name came to the pickup location for me to collect and we realised it wouldn't fit in my car. she asked where i lived and said - that's on my way home and I have an SUV that will fit this in...let me drop this off for you...nwhich she did.nthat is simple beautiful customer serviceni'm so impressed
Spent quite a bit of time finding the right armchair and sideboard, came to Freedom Moorabbin and found these 2 pieces. Had some great help from Steve and the manager Richard. Really great shopping experience!!nBought the framed photo print from fenykep.com.au
