Spent quite a bit of time finding the right armchair and sideboard, came to Freedom Moorabbin and found these 2 pieces. Had some great help from Steve and the manager Richard. Really great shopping experience!!nBought the framed photo print from fenykep.com.au
Boy-o-Boy, Where do I start?nThe second you walk in the door its wall to wall with smiling faces and comfortable modern furniture, Ive been coming here for years now even thought I've moved out of the local area I still come to this store instead of closer ones.nAll the staff here are top tier very knowledgeable and even more friendly, Its like entering a family reunion when you walk in the front doors.nThis store will always be a part of my life, so much so that I even proposed to my now late wife in this store and if you must know, later we even consummated the marriage in the store.nnTo this day this store in involved in 4 of my most treasured memories and I will be continuing to buy comfortable and well priced furniture from here until I have no need for furniture when I have passed through the pearly gates.
Made a click and collect order for pickup at Freedom Moorabbin. Did not receive a “ready to pickup” email for weeks and then got an email that my order was picked up and completed.nnI called the store to find out what was happening as i had not picked up my order. I called 4 times over the course of a week to follow up but was told every time that they were looking into it and would call me back. No one ever called me back including store manager sienna who was especially rude and dismissive.nnCalled for the last time and raelene was very helpful and instantly looked on the system and saw that they never had the item in stock and someone had processed my order instead of cancelling it. Was finally able to get my refund.nnThe staff at Freedom Moorabbin are very rude over the phone and extremely unhelpful except for raelene.
Found an outdoor lounge set on their website on clearance says Reduce To Clear, went to Freedom Moorabin and bought it. The staff said they will deliver to my house, never said how long. Two weeks later no delivery, called to their hotline and they said this takes 15-17 weeks.. Wait again and about two weeks later they called back saying they have no stock, have to cancel my order and refund. Such a waste of time!
