Shame that I can't submit 0 stars...Ordered a sofa with a lead time of 3 weeks (according to website 4 weeks). Today, 15 weeks later(!): still no sofa, with an expectation of another 3 weeks delay until the product arrives. Highly recommend not to purchase the BOYD sofa! We spent well above $1000 and you would expect some sort of compensation or customer service. First and last purchase with Freedom.

I paid 99$ for an entertainment unit delivery which cost me 500$ and they refused to even take the boxes out. Good guys would do that, and also install for just 50$. I wrote a review somewhere else and someone just replied "PM me" with details, but didn't mention how. I cannot find a way to email or contact them, except for store's phone numbers.

The sales person who was very helpful said that their Interior Decorator Service would be able to help me put together items for my living and dining areas, also said that the $150 for this service would include a story board. After spending an hour with the stylist I requested my story board and got the response "excuse me I don't need to put together a story board, that's why I'm the interior designer" then she walks off. Hmmm! obviously I didn't get my story board, They were happy to take my money, don't waste your time with this service!!!
