I went to the Moorabbin BBQ galore last week and I will not be returning, the sales man was a total jerk, he had no customer service experience. If I owned this business I would be worried!

Absolute  appalling service. Attempted to buy accessories for my BBQ and didn't get an advice since I didn't purchase the unit from BBQ Galore in Moorabbin. Alex: "Call the manufacturer and good luck mate". Worst experience in an economical climate like this! Don't go there and waste your time!
