I bought a 2 & 3 seater sofa from them in May 2017. Within a couple of weeks, the 3 seater developed a noise every time any one sits. After nearly 2 months and numerous phone calls, they sent a technician who ripped the sofa apart and made structural changes but could not fix the issue. After another 3 months and numerous phone calls and emails, they have taken the sofa to repair it. When I asked for a replacement, they very rudely denied it. They do not care about customers once you've handed them your money. Very bad quality products with lack of service. I should've read reviews on other sites before I bought from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

Whatever you do don't go to this store. Went in on Saturday to buy a cabinet. The so called slaesperswon was too busy talking to his buddy. Left and went to another branch and bought the item. People in the other store said they would talk to thanager but still no feedback. Useless and disgusting. DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Ordered on New Year's Eve 2016 and still haven't received them -7.5 MONTHS LATER!

Worst service ever, said "8-10 weeks" on our invoice, told "minimum of 12 weeks" when we called at 9 weeks to check in. Rude people on the phone and near impossible to work with their delivery people, or whoever answers the phone-it's like they're answering their home phones "duh, hello?". Completely incompetent. Would rather deal with the factory in China they buy from. Delivery times suck, limited days, and service short and rude. Would never buy from them again, almost told them to stuff it after all the trouble.
