Whilst the staff in other sections of the store at Harvey Norman seemed approachable and friendly enough I did not have a pleasant experience in the television section. The salesperson there this morning communicated in a way that was very intense, and came across as forceful, lacking good interpersonal skills/ respectful communication. It probably wasn't intentional on his part and he thought in his own way he was being helpful and meant well and perhaps he was having a bad day, but I ended up feeling I had no choice but to leave and went to a rival store where the staff all displayed a relaxed friendliness, were ready to hear my needs, were respectful and pleasant with the expertise I needed.
Very happy with this Harvey Norman Moorabbin store.nThe young guy that helped me to buy a Motorolla phone was super friendly.nThey also had a $50 gift voucher offer with this phone.nSo no complaints from me..
We went to Harvey Norman Moorabbin yesterday to get some photos printed on some mugs. Callan helped us place the order and gave us amazing service. We just picked up our order and are thrilled with our purchase. 5 stars to Callan.
I would like to acknowledge the amazing service in the flooring department at Harvey Norman Moorabbin. I was luckily served by Edward Tran who was friendly, helpful and could not have been more generous with his time, advice and assistance during my purchase of new carpet. Edward came and measured my home and then completed the order efficiently, always letting me know where we were at with the carpet layers. Edward is an extremely polite and fun person to deal with and I can't thank him enough. You are a superstar Edward - Congratulations on your customer service skills and for being a decent and genuine human being.nPamela Brain
Colin is by far the worst sales person I’ve ever dealt with in a retail setting. Shocking level of customer service and I will not shop at this Harvey Norman location again after spending nearly $10000 in just this past year alone. Terrible service!
