i had queried about an air fryer but wasn't so keen on purchasing on the day. a lovely consultant Laura-from memory had provided me detailed comparisons to both units in question and had also shared personal experiences to assist with my answers. she also went to the effort to check the best prices/discounts she could offer at the time. was not pushing me for a sale and was patient in answering my numerous questions. i would definitely come back based on this experience to buy the unit if not for something else.

Went to buy a stick vacuum cleaner and after doing research chose Elctrolux G9. Checked online 8pm Thursday and yes in stock. Went Friday 9am. Customer Service rep was on his 3rd day and this was very very obvious. The poor guy had lots of problems and the older male staff in area and there were a lot of them were really dismissive of him, which in this day and age is completely unacceptable. And of course you don't have to be told the item wasn't in stock. Asked if it could be transferred from another store and was told no. Really??? Said didn't think that was right and he checked and yes can get from Springvale but not for 10 days. 10 days!!! He did give us discount off price thank you and asked if we would like a free $20 gift card for stuffing us around for 1 hour. Sorry you are asking if someone wants a free gift card?? Anyway Tom Store manager you might want to review the training that is given and the teamwork in store. Anyway look forward to getting new vacuum cleaner in 10 days!!

Great service from Ali and co, business MrBbs delivery through Harvey Norman. Sms day before advising of the allocated time slot, then phone call 20 minutes beforehand. Very bulky items delivered, and it was done with great care and very positive for a Friday. No bulky packaging left behind, thanks guys!

Fantastic staff! & quality furniture and appliances! Best Harvey Norman's around! Nothing but great experiences here everytime!! Highly recommend this store! Staff are so friendly/ knowledgeable with their products so you know what you're getting is what you want / need! & not just "in it for the money"! Great service all around! Went there on Sunday for a repair and replacement request. Sam has been very passive aggressive, he told us he doesn’t have time for us on Sunday, he can only do on next business day. He said “maybe try other store, they might have better customer service process”. Would rate 0 star if I can.

Worst Customer Service, Bought and outdoor Setting, Got it home unboxed it and the table is damaged foot prints on the instructions, re tapped box, all the powder coat is flaking off, so reboxed it to swap it over and they refuse to swap it over, they say the manufacturer has to be contacted for a replacement, I didn't buy it from the Manufacturer. Under Consumer Law you are to Replace it or refund, Contacting the ACCC Today and VCAT
