Nick Scali Furniture

Try and find furniture you like from another store - its just not worth buying from Nick Scali. Super rude and all round unprofessional. While I stood at the counter waiting to order a lounge suite I liked, I overheard the Store Manager saying to another customer that he was able to give a 10% Managers discount and when I asked for the same, he literally laughed at me and got his colleague in on the joke and told me he had never heard of such a thing because Nick Scali don't give discounts. Yeah right. I literally just heard you give that guy a 10% discount. When the lounge finally arrived (trust me it will take the entire 12 weeks quoted) I paid extra for delivery of lounge suite up one flight of stairs which the delivery guys didn't do and they also didn't unpack or set up the lounge like I was told they would. Don't do it to yourself.

Nice furniture but on a subsequent visit after spending over 4k with them just a month ago they still insisted that a coffee table that was being sold "off the floor" for $390 be sent back to their warehouse where it would be delivered to me for a $60 fee instead of letting me take it with me. I walked out shaking my head in disbelief vowing never to return!

One of the worst customer service experience ever!! Sales person taking our bulk purchase order walks away to check for some information, while we wait, she's busy attending someone else!! After waiting almost 15 minutes we walk out and place our 10k plus order at Richmond.. This business is definitely under staffed and lack training in customer service and product knowledge!! Do not waste your time...

Decent selection and helpful staff. My only real complaint is that there is no price list and you have to ask a staff member to write it down... makes it hard to do direct comparisons.
