Was recommended by the mordialloc store, as they were too busy to come out to Carrum Downs before Christmas. Was informed by this store that even though it was technically not their area it would be fine. Then received a call on the day they were due, only to tell me the 'Boss" decided NOT to send anyone out because it was 'too far' .THANKS for NOTHING Boss Man. You could have informed me a week ago!!!
Ethan came to my home to service our pool and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working. With a lot of elbow grease he removed blackspots from all around our pool and taught me what to do in the future. He cleaned it with a lot of care and made sure it was perfect, treating it like it was his own pool. I'd also spoken to him on the phone earlier that day and he was happy to try and help over the phone, rather than being a pushy type of salesperson and insisting on a visit. The pool now looks perfect and it was so useful having the expert to my home to actually see it first hand.
