We have just had Steven from Carpet Call Moorabbin to our home for a carpet replacement. Excellent service. He came after hours, explained products, colours and process. Friendly, engaging and when he left us we had no questions unanswered. Highly recommend him as an expert in his field. Very happy with the whole process

Fantastic customer service from all staff members at the store. We were in and out with our chosen carpet so quickly. As there were no staff able to complete the measurements at Moorabbin store, Alex happily called 10+ stores to ensure someone from another store could come out and do the fitting that afternoon!

Watch out for these guys. They're really nice until the job's done and they've taken your money, but if there's any issues, they won't call you back. I've been trying get the manager of Carpet Call in Moorabbin to call me back for 6 days now, but he's clearly not interested in dealing with customer disputes. Maybe he'll talk to me if I post this for everyone to see... When I arrived home last week after the carpets were installed in two rooms of my apartment, to my surprise both doors were no longer attached. When I called the manager, he told me that they always tell the customer that the doors need to be shortened before installation - but nobody told me this. The two consultants were very friendly when they came to my apartment to show samples - they talked and talked, but never mentioned needing to shorten the doors. When we agreed on a price, the consultants asked me to sign the form which stated what type of carpet, and the total cost. They were so friendly and chatty at the time, which distracted me from reading the fine print. The consultant didn't say anything like "now, here are some T's and C's you should be aware of". He just got me to double check my details, and sign and date the form. And now, it's been a week without a bedroom door, the nights are cold, and I can't get the manager to talk to me. Thanks a lot Carpet Call.

Unbelievable. I am in a similar service business and well aware of all the restraints in booking an appointment to provide a quote and hopefully the job. Tge first booking was done fairly quickly but when I called to ask if someone is on the way after he wasn't on time (45 minutes later) they grabbed my address again and showed up. The gentleman said i'll vet the quote the next day and up untill here i had no issues or complaints and this is the first time im writing a bad review. I followed the quote up a couple of days later and was told that they will follow it up and get back to me tomorrow. They didn't, and when i made a third contact i was told they need to come abd measure again because they didnt have the paperwork. I then suggested i send the measurement for quoting purpose and if we were to go ahead send someone for a final measure. That couldn't be done. As soom as i mentioned that this ridiculous i was told to have a nice weekend. All this begore they even got the job. Good luck guys, Dont mind to still get a reply. Never came across such a dismissing attitude.
