We have bought many items from this store over the years - dining room furniture, kitchen furniture and also home décor items and kitchen goods. Freedom Furniture stocks really good stuff and it's quite dangerous (but delightful) to wander around this store as they display their wares so very well, that it makes redecorating extremely tempting. We've been very happy with their customer service, the staff are always helpful and the goods delivered in a timely manner. A great store.

Brilliant customer service experience today recieved by Shauna at freedom in Homebush. Amazing service from the beginning to the very end of the transaction. Thank you very much for all the help and effort you put into helping your customers. Exceptional customer service by the rest of the staff who also assisted on the floor. Thanks again Shauna we will recommend Freedom Homebush to family and friends.

My experience with Paddy and ALL the team at the Homebush store has been awesome. Everyone has offered me friendly, professional service and are sooo patient. I have visited and called the Homebush store many times to browse, purchase and collect furniture. Really can't rave enough about these guys - & oh!! my new furniture is beautiful too. Happy October 2017 - long weekend to the team there... I'm looking forward to the arrival of my bed & chair instore soon. :-)

Bought 2 pieces of furniture here separately. Coffee table arrived with no issue. TV unit was a few weeks delayed, which was ok, but when I went to their DFO shop to rearrange delivery (because I was promised it would arrive within a week, and due to delay I couldn't be home for delivery), store manager was very inflexible and opposite to kind and helpful. The only answer I got was: I either will have to pay for extra to get a weekend delivery or pick it up myself. There was no acknowledgement of their false information, nor was there any apologies. Staff on the other hand, was nicer and willing to look for alternatives, of course, they need store manager approval though.

Just wonder how long does it take for them to send me back the money for the item that has been return. Bad service at all. Im not recomended any of you to buy any furniture at freedom :(
