Ali had been very helpful the entire time. He was not pushy or doing hard sell on us which is really great. He lets you choose then helps you decide only if you ask for his opinion. Deciding on what to purchase had been very convenient for us. It was really a pleasant experience shopping in Homeland Furniture Auburn. After visiting 3 shops today, we finally bought what we were eyeing for. The price is really good given the quality of the furniture.

Great Team and Great business: 1 - Sales Person: Richech - very courteous sales person. Extremely polite and very good ethics. He worked so hard to get my business and ensured to listen to and fulfil all of my requirements! all of that without being at all pushy. Awesome work!! 2 - Richita - she was always willing to help, took all the time to sort out my delivery and payments. Extremely polite and went over an above to ensure the transaction was completed accurately. Sales manager: Ali - very cooperative and assisted his guys with their escalated matters like a good manager should do. He went way over, and above, to replace a faulty item on the same day for me when i called in.. and was generous enough to allow me to take his display model as a replacement, so that I am not disadvantaged and waiting for a few days !! All of the above, was achieved in my very aggressive timelines, which they were happy to fit within ... Great work!!!
