As far as shopping experience is concerned, not even worth one star. Was there to buy some furniture the other day, dropped in twice as we were comparing between a few stores, even asked 2 questions to "break the ice" as I could already see the old lady's face was growing longer and longer every second she didn't see us showing wallet, before we got fed up. Absolutely disgusted.

One of the salesperson LIED to me, so I lost all me deposit. Store manager didn't take any action after 3 days of receiving my compliant. After a week, their customer service team gave me a discount equal to the deposit amount for another piece of furniture in another store.
