Was after a specific lounge to look at and see if it was comfortable or not before purchasing the chaise. Arrived there at 5:20pm, 10 minutes before closing time and they were already shut! We saw a female employee waving to us through the glass windows to let us know they were closed while at the same time she was drinking a coffee!
We bought a brand new leather lounge set of 3 for $2500.00 discounted. Which was the most expensive set in the showroom. The only thing John coots done right is that They delivered the set on time and in 2 diffrent dates.That was the only thing good about them. After not even 2 months the 2 seater lounge leg broke off from the frame and the actual frame got twisted. Just to mention! One of the delivery drivers told us that JOHN COOTS are selling these lounges for a discount and they already KNOW they have a Deffect in them, and he said LOTS of clients returned these lounges for exactly the same issue we had. at that time we thought the driver is saying this just to get even of something, but until this happened, we realised he was saying the truth they knew they must not sell them to public but they still do. After so many phone calls they agreed to fix them up and fortify the base frame. Took them 3 weeks to come and pick them up PLUS after one failed appointment they reschedule it which cost me 2 days off from my work just for their convenience NOT THEIR CLIENTS. DISCUSTED... Anyway, took them 3 weeks to do the job. On the day also of delivery we waited the whole day till around 5.30 pm. Wasted... Unhappy unsatisfied and disapointed. Well lets say this! I will never buys from this awfull cheap, crooked manufacturer of these REALKY BAD QUALITY which we never had a clue furniture and i tell you also this! Fantastic furniture were way more durable and respectable then those John coots crooked people. ADVICE !!!! NEVER BUY FROM JOHN COOTS... NEVER Thats not how you do business with client NOR its the way to keep clients repeat purchases...
Use to be cheap price and better design. Not happy with their products and their customer service.
