This is the worst furniture shop in Sydney, I bought multiple items from here one of my tables fell apart within a few months of using it the other table lasted about 5 months I emailed them for a replacement they refused to do anything about it. Keep in mind the table was no even touched we kept it in one place. Horrible quality and service especially when we spent $500 for the table.
The store is located at a convenient location. Decent stuff available. Attractive offers during season time. Staff is very helpful. The only downside with the store is that sometimes the staff is too much pushy for the stuff if undecided or just casual browsing. For some, it can be a good thing, but some might just want to be left alone for casual browsing or just making their mind but has more options in mind.
The customer service from the Auburn Store was great. I looked online and initially phoned to check the sofa I wanted was in stock, and it was. Shrey was most helpful. Within a couple of minutes I received an email with the link to pay however the price was more than advertised on the website. I phoned the store and spoke with Mary. Her customer service was exceptional - I explained the price difference and she had it all sorted and a new email sent to me within a couple of minutes. We then communicated about the delivery availability and that too was no issue. I literally purchased a sofa and had organised delivery in less than 10 minutes! Both staff were pleasant to deal with and are a real credit to the Auburn store. I also want to give a shout out to the contracted delivery men - they were fantastic as well! Thank you for a great experience!
I recently purchased a couch from Amart Furniture Auburn and had an amazing experience with Shery, who assisted us throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect couch for our home. The customer service at Amart Furniture Auburn is exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service. 5/5!
Very expensive + very low quality when ask them to replace it they send you one of their own who hardly spends 5 seconds and tells you nothing wrong with the furniture. Never buying from any Amart ever again especially this Auburn store.
Huge store and so much variety. Not sure about quality, but the items were priced really well and made me want to buy things I didn't even need. Especially liked the kids beds in different themes and the outdoor furniture. Lovely staff too! Weekly specials were good value. Would love to visit again.
Nice store with lots of selection beautifully designed and displayed with amazing team. Sijan, Mary and Christy were helpful. Sijan did amazing in recommending products. Mary helped in organizing delivery and was quick too. Infaced problem while assembling my table and was not getting any assistance from their customer service team online for almost 2 weeks.that’s aint good for such brand. However christy solved that problem in 5 minutes and even organized a team to assemble that table on same day. That changed my feeling from two week of frustrationas i was not able to use my new table and was lying on floor to just wow.
Ordered furniture worth of $3000 and received broken / faulty furniture .called straight away to store same day we opened our furniture for broken coffee table. Called store and was on waiting for more than 2 hours wait. Discussed what happened and lady Josie asked to send photos . Photos sent to provided email ID and received confirmation for the acknowledgement of photos . Called again after 2 days to check the status and lady Kim not sure right name because after explaining what happened she hanged up despite asking for her full name. She said they have not received any email. When I asked but I have confirmation she had no answer. I requested her to call me when they receive my email this time to confirm because I am working and don't have time to wait for someone to answer my call. She hanged up and didn't provide her full name. Very pathetic customer service.
I had a fantastic experience at A Mart Auburn. Their customer service was exceptional and made my visit truly enjoyable.
Delay. Delay delay. Tooooo much time they will take. I placed an order on 18th FEB for 3+1 reclyiner. Was expecting next week as that would be 11th week as they promised while placing the order and just got to know that it is pushed to JUNE . I felt really funny as it is going to be 4 months waiting. Avg car delivery in Syd is not more than 2 months guys. . . Should have opted for some other brand.
