I purchased a coffee table in January 2018. Last week I noticed that one of the side stands has come off from the main body. I sent those pictures to Amart Auburn store, and I received a call from a lady called Atah, she spoke rude and told we damaged that table as we dragged the table, I said her it just a centimetre, and with table it is prevalent, the material is too weak and it has come off so quickly still under warranty. Atah is not only rude but accusing me of the damaging and false claim. She also spoke to me rudely before when I had some things to sort out in the past. I regret my purchase, and I am worried about other items, All I said I would dump the table in their store and she was putting words in my mouth that I am threatening her and shell call the Police. Look at the customer service attitude of this lady, People, the items may be cheap but think after buying those items and the mental frustration you go through with this Amart store. I asked for suggestions, and the reply that I get is the drama that I explained above. Think and take your decision

I don’t like the customer service. They are really very poor in it. They told me to provide furnitures within a week sharp day but now they are still estimating date on may. This really pissed me off...

Lot of good options in sofas, beds and dining furniture. But not on the storage solutions side. Staff seemed to be very helpful. Enough parking space outside
