Far better than I expected. Staff are available and very products informed. As with all stores some prices are higher Nd some are lower. Range is excellent. I could not be any more happy with this store. Cheers.

F@#%ing horrible. Customers service didnt exist let alone acknowledging we had walked in!! I understand everyone needs to eat but 5 workers sloping down their lunch at the counter is just unprofessional but to completely ignore 3 people that just walked past you and were the only people in the store. Luckily didnt have what I needed as they were out of stock. Because i didnt really want to give my hard earned to them. Repeat customer of 4 years. WILL NEVER RETURN

Service and staff way above board. Product knowledge and other opions that may suit are foremost in their mind to look after me . some of the brands I do not know and some prices are higher than ipswich and some are even lower. Evens outs. Great store.
