I’ve always had great experiences at this store, and the staff are usually lovely and helpful. However, today I had an unpleasant encounter with a cashier I hadn't seen before. He repeatedly asked me to confirm the last digits of my phone number, and I noticed he was mocking my pronunciation. As a non-native English speaker, I found this disrespectful and unprofessional. This behavior doesn't reflect the high standards I expect from Bunnings store, and I hope it will be addressed.
A massive thank you to all the lovely and helpful staff at Bunnings, Indooroopilly! I would also like to give a big thank you to Sam, she went above and beyond and helped me with everything from getting everything I needed, showing me how to use it and making sure the paint was a perfect colour match as well. Absolutely incredible customer service 10/10 service!
I really love the knowledgable and professional staff at Bunnings Indooroopilly. They are so friendly too! Special thanks to Jason who sorted out my keys issue, and to the fellow who stopped and advised me on a range of products.
I had a great experience in this branch last week, Sam was extremely attentive and helpful in lifestyles. I had no clue on where to start, but he made finding what I wanted so easy, keep up the good work champ. Also kuddos to Jack C. at the service desk, I would have been lost in the store without him
