Staff need way more energy. The girls that work there don't appear to want to work there. When you have to take your own receipt, that pretty much sums up the customer service at the counter. Can't blame them, because that comes from the top.
Adequate for its size and location. Don’t expect the full Bunnings Giant Hardware Store experience; but they’ve tried to pack in a short range of everything. Often have trouble finding a staff member on the floor to help. Use the product search function of the website to check if they have an item, and where it might be located.
Always the best friendliness service. Big shout out to mature Jason who is absolutely an Amazing person. Thank you Jason you made my day, with your welcoming smile
Like of all Bunnings are almost the same. This is a small one and parking is very difficult, especially if you care is tall. The checkout process was a struggle. The person we dealt with was rude. One of the very few Bunnings that doesn't take a scan of a powerpass but demands the actual card or the app. A complaint email sent which was much help either .. I wish all the Bunnings could sort these inconsistencies out!
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Being limited by space you may not find the full range of items that one would find in a standalone store. Nonetheless it has everything thing one would expect to find in a Bunnings.
It's an OK Bunnings, not great. It's a compact site so don't expect a full range. When I was there on a Sunday at midday they had three isles closed with staff standing around in only 1 of those isles arguing about boxes and not doing any actual work so they can reopen the isles and service their customers. In a store this small they need all isles open. Maybe pack your shelves after hours and not smack bang in middle of a busy trade time? Also, staff a bit rude if I'm honest. I needed to get one indoor pot for a plant that was in an isle that was closed off but vacantacted by staff with no works going on in that isle. Was told I could not enter the isle and then when asked, the staff member refused to get the pot for me. The fat male staff member out the front also had an attitude, with eye rolls when I asked which isle a product was in. If you need basic stuff this Bunnings is OK, anything else, go to the Rocklea store, it's awesome and friendly.
Thanks Chris & Margaret for the help with the gardening equipment. Chris explained the pros and cons and matched my garden requirements with the available stock throughout a few local stores. Everything was in store at Indro! Thanks, much appreciated.
Went there after checking product availability on their website and at their service counter; both stated the product as being available in store... but no, it wasn't. Staff couldn't find it either despite the system saying it was in there by, not only one unit, but a few. Waste of time driving 30m each way to get there. Lame.
Parking's easy. Maybe not on a weekend, but only ever visited on a weekday. Lift up to L4 Bunnings. Less stock and range than a normal store due to size constraints, but staff are friendly and it's very handy.
I'm clueless at Bunnings, I don't know anything about tools or anything. I described my problem to Hayden and he gave me a brilliant solution that beat google and YouTube. Don't be scared to describe your problem, because you might find a brilliant cheap solution
