The Mitre 10 Brookfield store is a great addition to the area, offering a good-sized store with a wide selection of products for all your home improvement needs. The new location is convenient and the store is well-stocked and organized. However, parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially during peak times. Despite the parking issue, the store itself is a solid choice for quality products and friendly service. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and need to pick up some supplies.
I had an very positive experience at the new Mitre 10 in the Kenmore Village shopping centre.nnWe ordered an outdoor table online via the website and chose to collect it in-store. Within a day or two of ordering the table, I received a phone call from the friendly manager, telling me that my table was ready for collection. When we arrived to collect it, I was pleasantly surprised to see a brand new store in a different location from where the previous one was. The new one is just outside the centre, adjacent to the car park, in large, clean and airy premises. Being so close to the car park made it a breeze to carry our table to the car.nnThe team at Mitre 10 were super nice and helpful and it took only minutes before we had our table.nnWhilst there, I took the opportunity to browse, and picked up a few hardware items for the home. I was impressed with the new store. It’s well laid out and finding what we needed was quick and easy. Prices were competitive. They also have a small selection of plants.nnIt’s good to see Mitre 10 making this investment in a brand new and convenient store that’s a big asset to the local community. I wish them all the best. They’re a great team and they deserve to be patronised.
Fast becoming my go to place to buy hardware et al, the new shop is spacious, well laid out with a particularly great paint section. To top it off, the prices are very competitive and often cheaper than other well known competitor/s. Owners and staff are friendly and great to deal with offering good ole customer service.
I've been coming to this mitre 10 on and off for years and was excited to visit the new store but was very disappointed with the service I received! The old guy behind the counter was possibly the rudest person I've ever experienced in a hardware store. Hardly lifted his head from the computer, grunted something, and then I had to ask if the purchase went through!!! Then, I wasn't even offered a receipt, which I didn't want by this stage as I won't be coming back while there is service like this.nAs I said, I've been coming to this store for over three decades, and service has always been sensational, so I am still shocked at how rude this guy was.
Warwick, Wesley, Amanda and the team were mightily more helpful than the other hardware stores, the team was also more proper. Mitre 10 you've done it again 10/10
