This review is long overdue, however very much deserved. We're very thankful to Polly and Dan for helping us plan and order our Kaboodle kitchen. We had a bad experience with a large kitchen company and subsequently lost our deposit of thousands. We went to Bunnings to see what they could offer. Polly was so attentive, kind and patient. Nothing was a problem whenever we had questions or wanted to change the design, and they were quick to respond to emails. They were very focused on achieving our goals within budget. Polly shared her tips and tricks after renovating her own kitchen - she helped us save thousands! Their customer service was exceptional! A big thanks to Polly and Dan who turned our kitchen nightmare into a wonderful success!nnAlso, a big shout out to the whole Bundamba team - they have consistently been polite and helpful over the 18 months we've been shopping there.
I’d like to take a moment to recognise Dev, who has consistently gone above and beyond. Even though he is not a manager, he shows more professionalism, politeness and genuine customer care than many who hold the title. He is always respectful, patient, helpful and solution-focused, no matter how busy the floor is.nnDev is truly an underrated asset to the team and deserves far more acknowledgement for the standard he sets. nnHuge shout out to Bunnings Bundamba and especially Kiera, John and Luke — what an awesome bunch of people.nnSuper friendly from the moment I walked in, actually listened to everything I said, and had the problem sorted in two minutes. No rushing, no attitude, just great advice and genuine willingness to help.nnYou could tell they were happy to help, not just doing a job. This is exactly what customer service should look like. Well done team — keep it up!
The ladies at the trade desk are so rude, cannot even get a piece of wood cut. They also continued to talk in a personal conversation between themselves when I'm waiting to be served.nnI also wouldn't bother trying to go through the trade section, the place is full of stock blocking every lane, the traffic was backed up all the way down the ramp.nnThis has to be the worst Bunnings
A big shout out to Haley- she was so patient and polite in answering all our questions, no matter how silly some might have been. Her product knowledge and the customer service experience we received is truly appreciated. Thank you Haley, you made our day!
