I like the store and the staff are amazing. I just wish the quality of just some of the products was a bit better, at times, or the price a bit lower. They always honour their warranties though. With no worries at all. 4 stars for Bunnings 5 for the staff. This store really needs to give the staff a raise in pay, they have they best staff at this store.
Whenever I come to the Garden Section Dean is super helpful. He asks if he can help me with something I'm looking for currently, he shows me new and seasonal plants and is happy to keep an eye out for / order plants and products I'm looking for in the future. Super friendly, helpful... definitely my go to..
There is a staff member there his name is Ronald and he is amazing. He stopped what he was doing to come and help me find springs I had no idea about. He stood there assisting me for ages even though he was busy and clearly had other work to do. He made sure to get me exactly what I was needing without making me feel like I was wasting his time. I left with exactly what I needed and saved myself a complete meltdown
Well stocked. There is plenty of undercover parking. Elevator and travelator access to the store.
Phil who was working at 234pm 04/11/22 was busy but more than happy and willing to stop and help in the lawn mower aisle for what oil to buy for a new mower and gave great advice on when to do an oil change which I wasn't aware of. Great customer service and left knowledgeable and happy. Thanks Phil.

Went to Bunnings Bundamba today to sort out some issues with my special order as I had a lot of confusing emails and texts about my special order. I went to the special orders desk and saw Colleen who was just wonderful as I was not in the best of moods but I explained the issue and that I was not really in a good mood as I have been fighting depression and things have not been working out for me lately, she was just so nice and understanding, it was just a relief to have someone who just knew what to do and how to fix the issue and so nice about. I would like Bunnings to know they need more people like her. Regards Relived and grateful Customer
Went to Bunnings yesterday and was looking for something. Susan who works there was doing something and went out of her way to assist me. I find the staff at that store very helpful and very polite. Dean in the garden section is also very helpful.
The go to place for all DIY needs, plus much much more, if Bunnings haven't got it it probably doesn't exist. Huge range of quality goods at very competitive prices, well laid out and friendly and helpful staff. On site parking
We were shopping for screws and had no idea where to look we were approached by a worker named Prue who kindly asked us if we needed help to which you can tell my husband needed lots of help lol another co worker named Deb came over and assisted us with help in finding the screws we needed. My rating was based off of the wonderful customer service we received here today. So thank you Prue and Deb also to an elderly man who works here as well didn’t catch his name. He approached us as we were wondering around lost and asked us if we needed some assistance my rating today was based solely off these wonderful workers and their customer service. Thank you it’s rare to receive good customer care these days.
