Customer service is lovely.nnParking is plentiful, spacious, and easy to navigate. Some people should drive slower but that's not Bunnings fault.nnVery large elevators for when you've splurged or bought large items.nnThe only issue I've had are aisles being regularly shut off. I understand re-stocking needs to be done at some point but it seems every visit that there has been 2-3 aisles taped off, making products nearby inaccessible.
Rude elderly staff that will completely ignore your existence while scanning items the old lady simply couldn't give up a conversation with her co-worker.nnDoor lady has been scrolling Facebook on at least 5 of the times I've visited the store.nnSeveral store isles are completely packed with product to be shelved with nobody actually working, to the point of needing to access the isle from another side.nnThe only staff in this Bunnings that gave a normal standard of customer service were the young ones
Absolutely amazing service, very helpful and considerate. I was helped by a man at the paint station Matthew? I believe it was. Was extremely helpful and considerate as I tried to get my hands on a jumpstart/power bank in preparation for cyclone Alfred with 4 children 6yrs and under in tow. He took the time to check in that I was okay after I broke down with emotions overwhelmed by the stressful morning we had. He also made sure that the children and I had everything we needed and were safe, my daughter even hugged him goodbye when we left. Thank you Bunnings Bundamba, it was really the lift I needed today to get through the rest of my day.
Actually hell on earth! Unsafe product placement!nnThe store is always trashed and cluttered making it near impossible to move between aisles safely.nnClean up your store! This is unacceptable!
Staff is not helpfull at all, we asked a lady staff for help she showed us from distance with finger and said should be there, today I went to return the weedeater I informed the customer care girl that I am here to exchange but after that I changed my mind and bought a new fan, I did self checked out and lady their she asked me to show me the invoice of weed eater which is good, I showed her but still she took me to customer care and embarrassed me in front of people and other staff, I am power pass holder, with invoice of weed eater still she took me down to her last breath to prove me dam thief, I wish this kind of efforts if these people show to customer in store they will be easy for them for shopping. Need to learn more customer skills before getting on board.
