Ordered a security camera system online for pick up, ensuring I selected a store which had it in stock. Received nothing more than a confirmation email on the Saturday that I ordered. Popped into the store on Sunday when I was in the area only to be told that they have none in stock, but was welcome to drive to Oxley to get one. Absolutely no attempt to contact me to advise they were out of stock prior to me going into the store. This is the second time I’ve had issues with click and collect orders at this store.
Good service and smooth transaction. I wish the girl that was serving me should stop answering their headset while serving the customers and being distracted.
These guys have been extremely unhelpful. I purchased an LG TV in July 2025, and it only worked for a few days before completely stopping. I contacted them, and a technician attended and attempted repairs, but the TV was still not working when they left. I was told they would return, but no one ever did.nnWhen I followed up, I was advised they were waiting on spare parts. It has now been six months since purchasing a brand-new TV, and I still do not have a working television.nnI have since requested either a refund or a replacement, but I was told this cannot be done without manufacturer approval and that I must obtain an “RA” from the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer has advised there is nothing they can do and that I must return to The Good Guys to obtain the RA.nnI have been repeatedly passed back and forth with no resolution. As a result, my children have spent Christmas and New Year without a TV, which is completely unacceptable given this was a new product.
Took my new laptop back a week later as I had trouble setting up. The staff very accommodating helpful and solved the problem in 5 minutes. Even though I wasn't there to buy anything. You don't get that much in the way of help thees days. Thanks
The experience we got from this Store was not good staff ill trained giving out wrong information which caused us to not only driving 2 hours each way but we also had to leave with out the item we paid for from miss information from said staff member and unable to receive my money back to get the said item they had 3 in store until it was cleared into their bank account, however via my bank, it had already come out and paid for we even showed them the payment for my account to theirs manager not helpful extremely rude causing us a lot of distress and miss information once again. I was told I would have to wait up to 14 days to get my money back over $745.00
