The prices are always competitive, with them watching what the other companies are doing.nnWe went in for a new iPad for my beautiful wife and left with an upgraded one, a Dyson vacuum and the most amazing 77inch TV, such were the deals on offer.
We’ve been saved twice now by the Harvey Norman Booval team, and both experiences genuinely stand out as examples of what great customer service should look like.nnBack in 2025, both our washing machine and dryer decided to give up at the same time. We went into the store stressed and unsure, but the team took the time to actually listen to what we needed. They asked the right questions about our household, usage, space, and budget, and then guided us towards a washer and dryer combination that suited our needs, not their commission. The result was a setup that has been excellent and has genuinely made day-to-day life easier.nnThen came Christmas Eve 2025. We woke up to find our fridge had completely died, full of food we needed for Christmas Day. While my wife understandably panicked and fully expected me to come home with a $4,000 fridge just to fix the problem quickly, the reality could not have been more different.nnI had her open her Christmas present early a Ryobi fridge, which bought us some breathing room and headed straight to Harvey Norman Booval. I explained the situation clearly: the urgency, the exact dimensions we were locked into, what my wife wanted in a fridge, what she didn’t want, and what features we could live without if something better was available.nnOnce again, the staff listened. There was no upselling, no pressure, and no attempt to push the most expensive option. Instead, they found us a fridge that genuinely suited our needs and then discounted it down to $1,300, along with free delivery so we had a working fridge that very night.nnThat level of service, especially on Christmas Eve, is something you don’t forget. We’re incredibly grateful, and Harvey Norman Booval will always be our first stop because they’ve proven more than once that they put customers first, not the price tag.
Huge thank you to the amazing printing team. They delivered a rush job two days in a row, including additional reprints. Their patience and support made all the difference. Thanks to them, we got everything ready for the local school on time. Fantastic service from start to finish!
I got Harvey Norman to quote to supply and install flooring in our home the quote was for engineered timber flooring and orchard carpet in the bedrooms.nThe quote was reasonable but on the higher side.nThe sales man was fantastic and new his stuff.
The staff at booval store are amazing. Liesha was so helpful with helping me choose the right products for the meta quest 3s and gave me plenty of insight on how they work. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service and very friendly.
