FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!nAfter an afternoon’s worth of travelling store to store and receiving no help, my friend and I went to Big W at Booval searching for this blush after it said it was ‘In-Stock’ online as it had everywhere else. The lovely lady working in Beauty & Hair not only searched on the floor but went and searched the back of house for us for the 6 in stock from the pallet that arrived that day! So incredibly grateful for the over the moon help after being turned away by every other store in the area. THANK YOU!

So happy that Big W Booval, still have a man named Jeff employed there. You can find him in the Tech department. I needed a new phone, as the one I had was 3g. I was praying that Jeff still worked there, as years ago Jeff helped me to get a phone, and set it up for me. I don't understand things because of Rheumatic Brain Disease, and this man named Jeff is a GOD send. A real gentleman, taking the time to set my phone up, didn't get angry at the questions I was asking him, was so caring, explaining how it worked.  GOD bless you always Jeff.nBig W, hang on to Jeff, having a caring worker like him is GOLD. Heartfelt thank you Jeff.

Worker that was sorting the shelves, dressed in full black clothes in his 40s to 50s when my husband asked for help the worker got in my husbands personal space and made my husband uncomfortable. for the rest of our visit the worker kept staring at my husband. this man is very creepy.

Quite annoyed at the new layby procedures they no longer allow pick up out the back for large items due to safety reason but wouldn't allow me to pick up myself at the counter due to safety reasons the item being large mucking me around causing me to have to wait for my son to leave work in order ro help me move something I voukd of easily done on my own this would of been ok if the 2 lady's working behind the counter had not been extremely rude while talking to me after spending a large amount of money on these items it's the last thing I need to be treated like I'm stupid at tge counternnAfter all I brought all them items up to the counter myself perfectly finennSorry if you having a bad day don't take your issues out on your customer's thankyou

I tried asking for help because I didn't know where something was, and a older male staff member was nearby just standing around. He gave me massive attitude and said he was busy and to just look for it myself. Incredibly rude customer service.
