I would NOT recommend this store for Printing, I paid for an image to be printed on A1 size paper and laminated, when I went to collect it, picture took up 3/4 of the paper with a quarter of the page blank, when I asked why it didn’t cover the entire page she told me they would have had to enlarge the image- I asked why they didn’t do that- response, she wasn’t the one that did the job!!!n$84 wasted and now I’ll go to Print and Copy and have it done professionally which is what I should have done in the first place
I just had an outstanding experience at the Officeworks store in Ipswich! I needed 12 large format scans urgently for work, and the staff member Shae went above and beyond to help me. She squeezed me in the same day, and I was able to get everything done in time. After having bad experiences at other locations—Milton, Oxley, and Windsor—this Ipswich store is consistently the most accommodating. Shae’s kindness and efficiency truly made the difference. I can't thank her enough!
Helpful staff. Easy to find stock and they had everything I needed at reasonable prices. Especially when it comes to school book packs. Highly recommend
Went to Ipswich Office Works Yesterday. When i copied something on the printer. Parts across the white page i copied on, tgere was a green colour on my white page and black marks, a customer 2 down from me complained to a staff member, about the same problem & asked for a refund. The young worker said all the self serve printers are the same. Office Work Ipswich this is unacceptable. There should not be any off colour on our printing page. The self serve printers need maintenance or replaced with with new printers.Give your customers quality printing.
Did some printing at the store and my files came out all patchy with lines throughout. Tried telling someone at the counter to get a refund. Was told the machine does that and nothing they can do about it. There was no signage saying the machine was faulty. They walked off straight away not even giving me a chance to ask for a refund or to print on another machine available. The woman I talked to ginned as she walked away and talked down to me the whole time. Arrogance isn't against the law but selling faulty products when you know they are faulty is and so is not giving a refund on said faulty product.nnFor those of you that don't know their policy does not supersede Australian consumer Laws, if they don't make amends by Australian law contact Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
