The staff member was friendly and helpful. I was given advice and information relative to what I was interested in promptly without personal bias. No pressure shopping/sales. Calm and honest people. Affordable prices and fast delivery. Layout of store was also inviting and easy to navigate. I was really pleased with the customer service we received and the great quality furniture. They have something for everyone. I will make sure to go back and see them when we are in need of any additional items. We bought all our furniture here. 5 stars for the customer service and the quality. Would recommend to others this positive experience.

Lots of parking, easy to get to loading bay, big store lots of choice

At first we had a lot of mess around with broken furniture and so on. But the staff was extremely helpful going above and beyond to fix everything.

Nice range and reasonable prices.  Quality can ne compromised...take care with "leather" furniture, ensure that it is real leather...not a composite.

You get what you pay for. Good furniture kits for cheap but don't expect it to last long.
