Visited Kmart Ipswich recently and had a positive shopping experience. The store is spacious, well organised, and offers a wide variety of products, from homewares and clothing to electronics and everyday essentials. It’s easy to browse through the different sections and find what you need.nnThe store was clean and well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful when assistance was needed. The self-checkout process was smooth, and there was plenty of parking available nearby. Overall, a convenient and reliable store for affordable shopping in Ipswich.
Worst Kmart I’ve ever gone to. This is my local Kmart and I go further just to avoid this atrocity of a store. It’s so unorganised it makes it difficult to find any products you are looking for especially in any of the clothing sections. Even their new stock isn’t organised. Feels like the staff don’t even try to keep the store clean
I purchased a pet cooling mat that was was on sale. When I unpacked the mat from the sealed box I noticed that the mat was badly stained and looked a mouldy.nThere was no indication or advertisement that the cooling mat was damaged.nnI returned the mat to the Kmart store at Riverlink Ipswich to get a replacement.nI was told that I could not get a replacement Cooling Mat without paying the extra price which was 6 times the price of what I originally paid.nExtremely disappointing service from Kmart.nThey expect you to accept the damaged goods or dispose of the damaged goods and cut your losses. Or purchase a replacement at a much higher cost.
My kids always ask me to go to kmart when we are out at ipswich, the staff are friendly, there is always something to grab, and toys for the kids are always reasonably priced. We always leave with a smile as we see staff we know and it cheers us up to see them as they have recognised us as we recognise them for their hard work, and friendly smiles to all those that enter.
It was very busy when I came here with my wife to buy stuff for our new home we are moving into.nWe had lots of items and the checkout was very busy. Jen was an absolute superstar controlling the customers and getting people to manoeuvre out of each others way to ensure the queue moved as quickly as possible.nJen saw the volume of goods we had and setup an additional service station for us and assisted us in making sure everything was scanned correctly whilst expertly packing our trolley to help save on space and packing our bags for us. What could’ve been a stressful experience turned out to be a really positive one. Well done Jen keep up the good work!
