I love Kmart!))) Surprised to read so many complains on Google)) I did not notice anything strange there. Typical Kmart store))) I used to shop at Kmart almost every day in the past. Cool stuff for kids. Sad, we don't have Kmart in Springfield. Where else can I find a t-shirt for $2?))) Very friendly staff at the counter! Thank you all :-))

Store is badly set out. Placing the checkout in the centre of the store is confusing for some people.

Don't like new K-mart layouts. Hard to navigate. HATE checkouts in the middle. If strange shop...you have trouble finding exit.

Don't bother with the photo service. Staff have no idea about their products, time frames, or processing turn around times. After 30mins and 3 staff all looking confused because my order included magnetic prints I decided to just head for Officeworks. What a shambles!!

I want to express how awful I find the new layout of KMart Riverlink. The central Pay Station is almost forgivable, but the lack of signage, random layout, high shelving, clinical decor, all contribute to a very unpleasant experience. I have always been a fan of KMart but not now. I was so frustrated I could not wait to leave. To make things worse you have to queue for inspection on exit, due to insufficient staff conducting inspections. By the way, I know I am not alone on this. Another shopper was heard expressing similar thoughts - a little less politely. NOT well done Kart - so sad.
