Bretts hardware have been so great to deal with while we build our house. Knowledge, communication, competitive pricing, professionalism and manners. It sounds odd putting in good manners as a perk but getting so used to poor manners and declining service over the years and finding it again here has made dealing with Bretts a joy. Our window and door schedule and fixtures and fittings etc have been dealt with brilliantly, highly recommend giving this family business a visit for top service. Special shout out to Vicki and Aaron. Thanks guys!

Disappointing when on google Brett's closing time says 6pm on Thursday and you take a special journey to get a price on two complete bathroom fitouts at just before 5pm to be told that the bathroom showroom is closed. I explained to the lady that I know what I want and it would only take 5 minutes to show her and she could send me the price tomorrow but no, that was too much trouble for her. I'm about to spend 30k on bathroom fitting and laziness has just cost Brett's a large sale.

Picked up hammer with price tag of $7.95 at the counter they wanted to charge $72.95 and refused to honour the price tag, be very aware of pricing when you get to the counter

I am so thankfull for all the help Bretts gave for our new house build . We had the most unlucky adventures with our build with three businesses including our first builder who went bankrupt during the process . It has taken 3 years for our build and we still have not moved in yet . During this times, Bretts company has provided excellent pricing , after sale services are far beyond any company we have dealt with . Richard, Aga and now Aaron were all very very helpful and look after us even after three years since our first order.
Well done guys and we need more businesses like yours !!!
