I dealt with this firm for some years and generally found their products good. But when one of their truck drivers damaged my gate and cement edging they only did half the repairs. I threatened to take the matter to the small claims tribunal after a long wait and they said this justified their refusal to complete the repairs.

Our house at the Gap has been generally built up and maintained by his materials. Last time I've been there as client of course and wanted to show him the success he's having through these pictures as I did for most businesses at the Gap. He just turned away and ignored me. That's how some people say 'thank you' for your efforts. Very disappointing and will never go there.

Very convenient if you're in the area. Wide range of stuff, specially good for landscaping material. Staff are ok, generally helpful. But quite expensive in my opinion. For tools and hardware expect to pay a premium. I guess there the price of convenience?
