The staff are so beyond helpful, especially for someone like me, who is constantly coming in with something I need but have literally no idea what will be the most appropriate and most cost-effective options and solutions, answering my endless questions, and being so friendly and polite the whole time.nnParking is generally great and easily accessible. Their returns process is quick and painless, as is their click and collect option. Highly recommend.
Visited Bunnings Stafford 5.00pm on Australia Day closing time 6.00. Went to the garden section to pay but already closed down. Passed another customer on my way to the main door checkouts with 10 bags of potting mix. He was not happy as he had parked close to garden centre expecting to exit there. When I entered the store I saw that one self-service aisle was open and one standard aisle. Didn’t appear to be any holdups. When I got back only the one self- service checkout was open, at least six people were lined up. Another checkout was opened but only one staff member available to help. The young woman seemed stressed as people were frustrated including the fellow with the bags of potting mix who pulled out and headed back towards the garden centre. I put my own items back and left. Can’t understand Store Management . Seemed to be plenty of staff but not on the checkouts. As l drove out at 5.20 l passed at least 6 cars coming in. Wanted to yell out the store was shutting down early. I am giving Bunnings one star for being open on Australia Day and one star for service.
Store visibility is good due to a good position on a busy road. Parking access is easy with two access points. The staff I found are helpful and friendly. There's a large nursery area with a good quality selection of plants, shrubs and equipment. I received fast service at the café. It's quite a busy branch.
Best Bunnings in Brisbane, I only have a slight concern that only 25% of the time I get offered a digital receipt but that’s ok I take photos of my receipt seems like a training issue . Team member are extremely helpful and always love to help.
Ange from Bunnings Spare Parts Division who works from home in South Australia very kindly and quickly sourced a 'newly' discontinued wall tap set for me and was able to have it ready for collection from Stafford Bunnings - amazing service and such a relief for me to not have to find an alternative. Ange you are a total gem! I thank you and am deeply grateful to you!nnSide note to Bunnings - if you are going to discontinue a range please make some notes for people like me who are doing a number of renovations - we don't need the misfortune of 'discontinued' lines when the other materials were only purchased a few weeks before! Not good form!
