Always busy whenever I go there. Never enough staff when you want to ask questions, queues for checkout, queues for material cutting. Spotlight stores have the monopoly in my area and have either bad management or crazy bottom line profit balance.

I am not at all usually found in this type of store but was asked to get some things for a neighbour. The staff were very, very helpful and obliging, particularly Leanne. She helped me with several things and very happy to do so. Long story short, I found exactly what was being looked for.

Plenty of parking so easy to visit. The store is well stocked and at present many items are reduced due to a sale. There appeared to be a continual flow of customers. I found what I wanted and was assisted by a very capable salesperson. A pleasant shopping experience.

I have been here a few times and had good experiences. However the bad often outweigh the good. Very rude staff and all seem to be in a bad mood. Bad days happen to us all but I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I think you really need to look at your staff moral. No one is helpful, they are all gossiping in the isles. As someone from a younger generation wanting to make a hobby of arts and crafts the level of service was a real turn off. To be looked down upon and no one interested in helping was not a good experience. Only good thing about this place was the front counter girl Sarah. She is a prime example of the staff your outlet needs more of.
