Spotlight is such an exciting store for any crafter or quilter. There are so many wonderful craft products and fatquarters to choose from, and the prices are great, especially when the sales are on. I am learning English paper piecing using a variety of green fatquarters and with the help of YouTube. I have used multiple green fat quarters to make a Christmas logcabin quilt, and l have even made three dolly quilts and pillows for special little girls using scraps. I am concerned by the quality of some of the fat quarters on offer. The dyes used appear to be cheap, and the fabric weave is too loose, and l love Spotlight fat quarters. Please retain your quality products.
nnI had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Kate at Spotlight Everton Park, and I can’t sing her praises enough! She went above and beyond to help me track down a tricky-to-find item, checking every possible spot until she found it. Kate was so friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I left happy. On top of that, she’s hard to miss with her gorgeous pink hair that perfectly matches her bubbly, approachable personality. Thank you, Kate, for turning what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into such a lovely experience!
Purchasing is very easy as everything a home needs is available here, and the products are quality and reasonably priced.
I visited the store last Friday. I am very new to the area, and when I entered the shop, and not having any idea of where to look for what I wanted. I asked the only shop assistant I could see, where I could find what I wanted. After asking the lady politely, she just looked at me, with no animation in her voice or face, she just pointed, and said it's in the plates section, hanging on the wall, and turned her back on me....I thought she was extremely rude, with absolutely no customer service skills....Very disappointing...
Used the toilet here, the toilet had feces on the seat, wall and floor. Toilet roll was broken and there was toilet paper on the floor. Smell was worse. Everything else was fine with the shop. But when I asked the staff, they just said the toilet was at the back... But never made it clear...
