I used Choices flooring Enoggera when renovating our home, the knowledge and service was superior to numerous other providers I had been to.  I later needed additional flooring for an insurance claim and they went above and beyond my expectations to get me the matching product and in a very short time frame. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Sorry for the late email, I was just cleaning up some emails in my “home” folder and realized that I did not thank you for looking after me with our new floor.

The finished product looks great. Everyone comments on it, it really has that wow factor. I was not so keen about having timber in the bedrooms as well but now I am a fan. The installers were professional and efficient. 

Importantly, Jess is happy too. Happy wife, happy life!

So big thanks to all at Choices Flooring Alderley.

I had a great experience with Choices Flooring who installed new carpet in my home. Salesman was knowledgeable, the installers where friendly and quick and the follow up service was great. I would use them again especially after having a bad experience with Carpet Court across the road.

We were very clear when ordering the carpet of our expectations when it was installed.  Before the carpet was fully installed we advised both the salesperson and the Manager that it was not correct.  From that point on long technical definitions and large pdf files didn't fix the problem merely convinced us we would never use this store again.

Amazing service that's honest and reliable. 

Choices Alderley is the only Choices store I have used, but they have been absolutely amazing. 
I'm a Real Estate agent, and I recommended Choices to a client of mine. They were honest, and gave us clear choices to suit our budget and the house was sold after five days on the market. 
Choices was helpful and gave us a lot of help, above and beyond. 
I give a lot of thanks to them and would recommend them to everyone!
