Incompetent is the only word I can use to describe my experience with this company. They are not worth even 1 star. The technician arrived to change fridge hinges from right side to left side. He had never done so on my fridge model before and had not researched how to carry out this change. He took it apart, then put it back together saying I needed a hinge conversion kit, which his own company had advises was not required as existing hinge can be used. He then pulled it apart again and realised he can unscrew one part to convert the hinge. After then removing both doors and 2 of the 3 hinges he determined that the bottom hinge was under the fridge and needed 2 people to access, stating 'I guess I can't ask you to help with that', I am 6 months pregnant, so No! He then had to completely reassemble everything back to its original state. And I had to call him back in as he was about to leave as a cover was not properly back in place and the door was not re-hung level. During the process screws were removed and fell all over the floor, I found one later that day still on the floor! A hinge cover (plastic piece) was requested and the incorrect one was supplied by company, so would have been unusable should the conversion been completed. He spent over an hour onsite to achieve nothing! 2 business days later and I have not even heard from the company to discuss their failed attempt at this job, no apology, no re-scheduling, nothing.

We have just had Andrew (the technician) call and repair our Whirlpool Side-by-side Refrigerator/Freezer and he was on time and very capable. He charged exactly what we expected as Debbie had told us. Call out $99, $25 for the 1/4 hr to fix it (he's fast) and $61 for the part which he had with him. We highly recommend this company and Andrew for repairs.

I cant say enough about the service we received from these people. We had a kitchen built for a granny flat last year and we ordered a fridge from the cabinet makers dimensions on the drawings while it was being built. When the kitchen was completed the fridge barely had to room to slide in and I felt the ventilation would have been a problem. The cabinet makers had ballsed it up because there was a bulk head in the way and they cut corners by changing the dimensions 90mm without considering our requirements. My wife rang back and spoke to Hugh about it with to see if he could help us with our limited options. Thanks to Hugh and a lot ringing about with the new dimensions, two days later we had a different fridge that fit perfectly and looked right. I would definitely go to these people first before looking at any new whitegoods, the service is excellent and they saved us a lot of hassle. Thanks again.

Completely incompetent and overpriced. Misdiagnosed initially after minimal inspection time and no actual disassembly, charged me $339 on recommended parts and labour that were not faulty, the fridge has the same problem still. On reinspection found the actual fault and quoted a further $123 to fix. No refund on misdiagnosed parts, no apologies. Immediately after reassembly from second inspection the fridge light no longer worked, they claimed this would be “wear and tear”. My suggestion that this was improbable was met with the statement “you can’t work on probabilities you have to accept possibilities... it’s POSSIBLE the light failed precisely as they were here, and as I can’t prove otherwise... no repair will be done” Have since checked other suppliers and found BWG’s parts prices are 30% higher than others for same genuine parts.
